How long does it take to obtain wood working plans?

Answer:
If you place your order by e-commerce or by phone... normally within 5 working days.(depending on Postal Service).

If you send us a cheque by mail – usually within 10-14 days.

Question:
How much experience do you need to build it yourself?

Answer:
That really depends on the plan, however, if you can use a jigsaw, you can build most of them.

Question:
I am hiring a contractor to do the project... can't he just build by the picture?

Answer:
Most contractors are quite resourceful-however with the plans you can expect his price to be lower-since the material list is done for him and there is less head scratching to be done over the details. You will get more value for your investment by using our plans.

There is a shortage of contractors in most urban areas. Call 3 for an estimate and you may not even get a price-unless you can show them exactly what you want.

What if I run into difficulties?

Answer:
We offer FREE support while you build your project by e-mail within 24 hours. There is an on-line support section so that you can look up your plan and likely find your answers there.

Question:
Does the company supply assembled or partially assembled structures?

Answer:
Yes, please see our locations page to find a local contractor to you. If you don't see a listing in your area please contact head office to check for availability.

Question:
Can the company supervise the construction of our project?

Answer:
Yes, anywhere in the world. Pricing is based upon the scope and location of the project.

Are your plans available in stores?

Answer:
Yes, they are available at Lee Valley Tools & better Garden Centres everywhere!
