plan is roughly 24' x 10' by the stock dimensions included in the
plans. You can build with or without the screen and easily adjust the
size to up to 14' in width.
Here
is a 12 x 12' version, and another that the builder stretched to 14'
deep

the client added a deck and hot tub, and in the other photo, they did a
4 post version.
