full 5 year Workmanship Warranty-- That is a condition of involvement.
All Builder Group Members are
independant building contractors that carry their own insurance and all
necessary licenses for their area of operations.
Many Builders will
reccomend a professional Landscape Designer or Structure
Designer to help clients achieve their goals and address their needs
first. Projects just turn out
better that way.
Any Builder Group Member that mistreats
clients or ethically wrongs a client is dismissed from the
group.
