Refunds

Our plans fall into the realm of intellectual property, therefore, refunds will only be granted under the following circumstances.

1) Plans are not delivered within 3 weeks.
2) Flaws exsist in the plans which prevent completion of the project, ie: wrong page shipped, wrong plan shipped, the problem was reported within 3 days of receipt and replacement was not issued within 3 days.
 

3) Plans are not opened or received.
 

4) Plan order was placed by mistake and reported immediately, and the plan is returned unopened.
 

5) At the discretion of Gardenstructure.com.
