Refunds
Our DIY Printed and
Downloadable Plans
fall into the realm of intellectual property, therefore, refunds will
only be granted under the following circumstances.
1) Plans are not delivered
within 3 weeks.
2)
Flaws exsist in the plans which prevent completion of the
project, ie: wrong page shipped, wrong plan shipped, the problem was
reported within 3 days of receipt and replacement was not issued within
3 days.
3)
Plans are not opened or received.
4) Plan
order was placed by mistake and reported immediately,
and the plan is returned unopened.
5) At
the discretion of
Gardenstructure.com.
Please
note : The Gardenstructure.com refund policy DOES NOT apply to custom
plans drawn by our designers for your individual residence or
business.
This
policy only applies to diy plans advertised
and available for purchase on our website.
